Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet specific qualifications.

Educational Background:

A degree in photography, radio or television production, motion picture production, or related fields is essential. Additionally, advanced training from a vocational school, technical institute, or art institute beyond high school level in the aforementioned fields can be credited as general experience.

Alternatively, candidates should possess at least one year of specialized experience directly related to the responsibilities of this role. Unpaid experience may also be considered if it demonstrates the necessary skills and quality of work.

Experience Requirements:

For GS-09 level: Candidates must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-07 level in the federal government, showcasing skills necessary for this role.

  • Experience in developing briefings, brochures, multimedia presentations, and promotional products.
  • Participation in the design and execution of multimedia campaigns.
  • Assistance in planning and executing audiovisual productions.
  • Primary contact for audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting.

Alternatively, a Master's degree or two years of graduate education in any field may substitute for the required experience.

For GS-11 level: Candidates must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09 level, demonstrating leadership in multimedia production and coordination.

  • Leading the design and production of multimedia campaigns.
  • Coordinating with specialists for audiovisual setups and operations.

For GS-12 level: Candidates must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 level, showcasing leadership in multimedia product completion and resource procurement.

  • Developing standards for audiovisual products and maintaining data management.
