Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with plumbing experience to support our operations at Mechanical One. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our management team while leveraging your knowledge of plumbing to assist in technical inquiries, project coordination, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including managing emails and handling phone calls.
  • Process and manage work orders, invoices, and other documentation related to plumbing projects.
  • Maintain and update customer records, project files, and databases.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.
  • Assist with basic technical support and troubleshooting related to plumbing issues.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Previous experience or basic knowledge in plumbing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of plumbing terminology, materials, and processes is a plus.
