Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist for Adara Home Health, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer speech and language evaluations and assessments to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language deficits.
  • Provide speech therapy treatments, procedures, and evaluations to patients in their homes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • Current licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota.
  • At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
