Location and CompensationLocation: Neenah, WI
Hourly Wage: $20.00/hr
Position Type: Seasonal
Usual Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week
Shift/Work Days: Various shifts available | Monday - Friday, with potential weekend work.

Key Responsibilities- Receive and execute work assignments efficiently, reporting back to the supervisor upon completion.
- Assist in the management of scrap materials, ensuring proper movement to storage areas.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the plant.
- Transport necessary materials from storage to production areas.
- Train on various entry-level roles within the plant and provide coverage during breaks.
- Support normal production crews as needed, stepping in when additional personnel are required.
- Engage in various tasks such as maintenance, yard work, and other supportive duties.
- Perform physical tasks that require walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling, maintaining a high level of activity throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in college as a full-time student for the upcoming fall semester.
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check are mandatory.
