  • Ensure proper workflow management and efficiency in the laboratory.
  • Serve as a resource for questions from hospital and clinic staff regarding specimen handling and processing.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good problem-solving skills and knowledge of age-related growth and development principles.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to meet time-sensitive customer requests.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements (if travel is required).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience in a medical-related field or applied science degree.
  • Certification in phlebotomy and one year of hospital experience (ASCP certification preferred).
