Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement aquatic programs that meet the needs of our members and program participants

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within aquatics
  • Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding
  • Strong administrative and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
