We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at Southdale Pediatric Associates, Ltd. in Edina and Eden Prairie clinics. As a Pediatric LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our Board-Certified Pediatricians and Allergists.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive intakes, including height, weight, and vital signs
- Perform hearing and vision screens, deliver injections, and collect NP, throat, and nasal swabs
- Run waived kit tests, such as RSV, influenza, and strep
- Assist physicians with procedures and provide nursing skills, such as catheterizations, nebulizer treatments, and antibiotic injections
- Provide patient and family education, care coordination, and documentation in the patient's electronic health record
- Clean and stock clinic rooms
- Participate in continuing education and training, including a course to prepare for the Minnesota Department of Health Limited Scope X-Ray Examination
- LPN license in the state of Minnesota
- Experience with pediatric procedures and electronic medical records
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate of $27.00
