Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intakes, including height, weight, and vital signs
  • Perform hearing and vision screens, deliver injections, and collect NP, throat, and nasal swabs
  • Run waived kit tests, such as RSV, influenza, and strep
  • Assist physicians with procedures and provide nursing skills, such as catheterizations, nebulizer treatments, and antibiotic injections
  • Provide patient and family education, care coordination, and documentation in the patient's electronic health record
  • Clean and stock clinic rooms
  • Participate in continuing education and training, including a course to prepare for the Minnesota Department of Health Limited Scope X-Ray Examination
Requirements
  • LPN license in the state of Minnesota
  • Experience with pediatric procedures and electronic medical records
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
