We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Manager to join our team at Investment Property Group (IPG). As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufactured housing community, Remington Arms, in Redmond, OR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support property staff to ensure the smooth operation of the community
  • Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable living environment for residents
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Lead the overall happiness of the community by fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere
  • Collaborate with the IPG team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Experience working in manufactured housing or property management
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to make prompt decisions under pressure
  • Must be able to live on-site
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
