Actalent is seeking a skilled Field Inspector to support our clients in the civil engineering and geotechnical engineering sectors. As a Field Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field and laboratory tests on soil, geosynthetics, aggregates, and other materials associated with civil construction.
  • Observe, inspect, monitor, and document construction activities to ensure compliance with relevant contract documents.
  • Provide quality control monitoring on various construction activities.
  • Prepare daily and weekly field reports, testing schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Assure project documentation is completed timely, accurately, and consistently with company policy and procedures.
  • Interact with project personnel, including contractors, project managers, engineers, and clients, to cultivate an integrated team approach.
  • Assist in the preparation of field reports, work plans, health and safety documents, and report appendices.
