Dinner Server

We are seeking a skilled Dinner Server to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards
• Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
• Record transactions in our MICROS system and process payments
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
