Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in various units, including medical, surgical, and critical care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient vital signs as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
