Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and oversee Rehabilitation Therapy services to residents, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures.
  • Conduct regular screenings of residents to assess the need for intervention or treatment.
  • Evaluate residents to gather essential data for effective treatment planning and execution.
  • Perform specialized evaluations as required.
  • Maintain established confidentiality standards.
  • Implement and execute treatment plans as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapists.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • 0-3 years of experience in long-term care settings.
