Position Summary: As a HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for professionally installing residential heating and air conditioning systems, providing a high-quality experience for our customers and ensuring their home comfort needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Able to install refrigeration piping, sheet metal, and gas piping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with homeowners during installations.
  • Lead less experienced helpers to complete installation projects.
  • Focus on safety for self and others.
  • Other special projects.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience in residential HVAC service.
  • Experience leading apprentices and helpers.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Proficient understanding of gas furnaces, heat pumps, forced air, and ductless systems design and installation.
  • General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems.
  • Ability to commission, start, and test HVAC systems.
  • Understand and apply all relevant codes.
  • Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
  • Have or working towards Washington 06A or 06B certified, City of Seattle refrigeration license.
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis and on occasion move and lift heavier items.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Pre-employment drug testing will be conducted.
