Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
- Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
- Administer medications, track their use and effects, and maintain accurate medical records
- Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility environment for residents
- Assist with the setup of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Manage medical supplies and maintain a proper inventory
- Follow and adhere to resident care plans
- Participate in the orientation and training of new colleagues
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- Current LPN licensure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
