Security Officer Senior

Trinity Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Officer to join our team.
Job Summary:As a Senior Security Officer at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, visitors, and staff. You will perform various safety and security-related duties, including:
- Performing safety and security-related duties in accordance with hospital security post orders, rules, regulations, procedures, and policies.
- Restraint of combative persons, if required.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:• Perform safety and security-related duties to protect people and property.
• Restrain combative persons, if required.
• Maintain a high level of visibility and presence on the hospital campus.
• Respond to emergency situations and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest security and safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in security or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or training.
