We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Teller Team at First Bank of Wyoming. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their financial needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, introducing new offerings to customers as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities, maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software applications.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
