Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Lakeview Personal Care. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in care planning and implementation
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will work in a long-term care facility, providing care to residents in a variety of settings. You will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
