Job Responsibilities- Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and special needs in an ICF-IID setting, ensuring consumer comfort and safety.
- Comply with all written rules and regulations as outlined by SC DDSN policies and procedures, SC Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
- Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving individuals, or changing linens.
- May transfer or transport consumers, ensuring safety and care of individuals with disabilities.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Requires certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Knowledge of assistive nursing procedures, sanitation, personal hygiene, basic health, and safety practices.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail, accurately communicate and record observations, and carefully read and follow directions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, work in a team environment, and lift and move individuals.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $35,360 to $40,560.
- Up to $3.50/hour shift differential for applicable shifts.
