Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team in Brighton, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduate nurses to develop their skills and provide exceptional patient care.

About the Role:

This full-time position requires a registered nurse with a BSN degree and active Massachusetts RN license. The successful candidate will work 36-40 hours per week, rotating shifts, every other weekend, and holidays.

The Nurse Care Specialist will be part of our Transition to Practice Program (TPP), a 12-month long residency program that utilizes the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program platform and curriculum. The TPP provides new RNs with a solid foundation to become independent and functioning clinicians who deliver safe patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in various units within the hospital
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Pursue ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • Active Massachusetts RN license
  • Ability to work full-time, rotating shifts, every other weekend, and holidays
