Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Student Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Technologies. As a Student Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers with purchases, respond to customer inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and process inventory discrepancies.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including dusting, sweeping, and restocking merchandise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
