About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the optimal functioning of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, replacements, and repairs.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Document all maintenance activities and updates.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a mechanical capacity, including installation, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
  • MN State Specialist Class Boilers license or higher is preferred.
  • Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, plumbing, and PLCs.
  • Ammonia refrigeration and preventative maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours per day.
  • Capacity to frequently bend, lift, and twist.
  • Display a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to function independently and in a team-oriented environment.
