Position Summary:
Client Engagement Manager, Forage
We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager (or Senior Client Engagement Manager) to become an integral part of our Program Production Team. This role involves collaborating closely with clients as their primary contact during the onboarding phase and overseeing the development of our virtual job simulations.
The Forage Program Production Team partners with corporate employers to design, create, and implement tailored online job simulations. These programs are crafted to replicate the actual responsibilities that early-career candidates will encounter in specific roles at various companies, providing immersive experiences that equip candidates with essential skills for the workforce.
Our corporate partners include global Fortune 1000 companies that are actively recruiting early talent, such as KPMG, BCG, Walmart, Electronic Arts, and Lululemon. As the initial point of contact for our corporate partners, the Client Engagement Manager plays a vital role in ensuring a top-tier onboarding experience and fostering enduring relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding process of clients, typically spanning 3-4 months, serving as the main customer liaison. This includes:
- Conducting kickoff and alignment meetings with key stakeholders
- Clarifying customer objectives for job simulation development and ensuring alignment with Forage's goals
- Maintaining prompt and professional communication with clients, including timely responses and coordination with internal teams and freelancers
- Ensuring that client branding and objectives are accurately represented in job simulations
- Documenting progress and actions consistently
- Facilitating clear communication with Forage and EAB team members
- Representing the Forage and EAB brands with professionalism
- Manage project timelines for each program through the production phases to meet established launch dates, including:
- Consistently meeting deadlines and delivering quality results
- Conducting effective client meetings
- Setting mutual goals that accommodate the needs of client recruiters and students
- Utilizing AI tools to generate relevant content
- Editing AI-generated learning content for each simulation, collaborating with subject matter experts as necessary
- Regularly following up with clients to gather pertinent information
- Initiate and lead efforts to enhance the production process, focusing on speed, scalability, and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 2-4+ years in a professional setting
- Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role
- Strong client management abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences while managing expectations
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Results-oriented mindset with experience in managing complex projects to completion
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to facilitate meetings
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Willingness to embrace new responsibilities and develop skills
- Proficient in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Notion, ChatGPT) and open to learning new tools
- Comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed team, with flexibility to accommodate various time zones.

Compensation:
The expected starting salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $74,000 annually, with actual compensation varying based on experience, skills, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance.
