Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patience and understanding when working with individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and self-advocacy among clients.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and behavior.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support services for clients.
Requirements
  • Diploma from an accredited high school or equivalent required.
  • Valid CPR and first aid certification necessary.
  • 2+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Benefits

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive pay, generous PTO, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
