Job Overview: Flexible Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a flexible and compassionate healthcare support worker to join our team at Right at Home of Spokane. As a healthcare support worker, you will provide personal care services to elderly clients in their place of residence.

The estimated salary for this position is between $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and light housework
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • May also include meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, and running errands

Requirements:

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
