Join Our Team as an ABA Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Technician to join our team at Behavioral Health Network. As an ABA Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families in our community by providing intensive and flexible services that address behavioral health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 direct teaching to enrolled children and youth based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Implement behavior plans prepared and maintained by the supervising behavioral professional.
  • Model implementation of behavior strategies for parent/caregivers of enrolled youth.
  • Monitor progress on behavior plan implementation and report back to the Behavior Analyst.
  • Maintain contact as needed with other behavioral health service providers regarding the youth's progress.
  • Participate in Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings for youth enrolled in ICC and work with other behavioral health providers to support the goals of the service.
  • Provide daily documentation of interactions with the individual served, specific to the goal area(s), and all contacts with other providers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
  • OR an Associate's degree and minimum of two (2) years of relevant direct service experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of behavior analysis, behavior planning, and implementation of behavior plans.
  • Ability to create and implement strategies to facilitate achievement of behavioral interventions.
  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a verified clean driving record.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle available for all working hours.
