Job Title: Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address their behavioral needs. Your role will be pivotal in creating positive, lasting changes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans designed to address behavioral needs
  • Work one-on-one with children to promote positive behavior change
  • Collaborate with BCBA clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with ASD
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (for Pennsylvania applications)
