Position Summary:
We are in search of a highly proficient Senior Salesforce Engineer to become part of our Salesforce CRM application support initiative. The ideal candidate will exhibit a combination of Salesforce knowledge, IT Service Management (ITSM) experience, and exceptional communication abilities. This position necessitates collaboration with architects, product owners, and Salesforce developers, along with a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce integrations with various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:

  • Design and maintain Salesforce applications utilizing Apex and configuration tools.
  • Exhibit advanced skills in Lightning Web Components (LWC):
    • Create reusable and efficient components.
    • Implement intricate UI interactions and responsive designs.
    • Effectively utilize LWC lifecycle hooks and events.
    • Integrate LWC with Apex controllers and third-party libraries.
    • Optimize LWC for performance and accessibility.
    • Work with XML for various Salesforce metadata components and configurations.
    • Design and develop robust APIs, ensuring adherence to authentication and security best practices.
    • Troubleshoot integration challenges across diverse systems.
    • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience clouds, along with knowledge in Salesforce CPQ.
    • Apply strong design pattern knowledge to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
    • Provide direct customer support and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Act as a liaison between onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Exhibit strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across various Salesforce instances.
    • Work comfortably in production environments, adhering to best practices and security protocols.
    • Analyze existing systems to identify and propose enhancement opportunities.
    • Stay updated with Salesforce platform advancements and emerging technologies.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
    • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the organization.
    • Participate in Pull Request (PR) reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

ITSM Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve Salesforce support tickets within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to knowledge repositories, documenting issue resolution.
  • Document and track incidents, providing timely updates to stakeholders on the resolution progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
  • ITIL Certification.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years in a Senior Salesforce Developer role.
