Key Responsibilities
  • Addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to foster loyalty.
  • Preparing insurance quotes, evaluating renewals, and managing necessary insurance documentation.
  • Viewing each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account enhancement.
  • Conducting all communications with clients, carriers, and colleagues in a polished and professional manner.
Required Qualifications
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty License is preferred. We will cover all costs for obtaining licensing if not already licensed.
  • Previous experience in Insurance Customer Service is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate proficiency in technology and computer skills.
  • A motivated team player with a strong drive for success.
