Assistant General Manager Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business success by motivating and developing a high-performing team. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a positive team environment that delivers exceptional customer service and promotes a culture of excellence.
  • Lead and develop staff through effective coaching, training, and recognition programs.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, expenses, and other operational aspects to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to Urban Air's operating standards.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, preferably in theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and hold CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write and verbally communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Professional grooming and conduct, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the business.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, and adapt to changing business needs.
