We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at IH Services, Inc. in Melbourne, FL.

Job Summary

This is a full-time and part-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced facility environment. As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and restock restrooms, break areas, and offices
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces
  • Empty trash and recyclables
  • Perform other cleaning duties as needed
Requirements
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
