Aquatic Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Aquatic Safety Specialist to join our team at the Augustus Brown Swimming Pool. As a key member of our aquatic staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyable experience of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor swimmers and respond to situations where their safety may be compromised.
  • Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
  • Provide care to guests who may become injured or encounter a physical ailment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe facility, including the pool deck and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
  • Certified as American Red Cross Lifeguard or the equivalent.
  • First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and handle high-paced and occasionally stressful situations.
