Job Overview
\. Teaches phlebotomy courses to students and provides hands-on training in a classroom or lab setting.

\. Ensures teaching aligns with certification standards (e.g., National Healthcareer Association).

Responsibilities
\. Develops and implements engaging lesson plans and educational materials for phlebotomy classes.
\. Conducts regular assessments of student progress and provides individualized support to help them grasp complex concepts and skills.
\. Prepares students for certification exams and careers in the field of phlebotomy by providing real-world training and practical experience.
\. Collaborates with colleagues to develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
\. Stays updated on changes in healthcare regulations and phlebotomy practices.

Requirements
\. Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent certification required.
\. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in phlebotomy, including venipuncture and specimen handling.
\. Teaching or training experience is preferred but not required.
\. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
\. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
\. Familiarity with modern phlebotomy tools and equipment.
