About the Role

Key Responsibilities
\. Teach phlebotomy courses to students and provide hands-on training in a classroom or lab setting.
\. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and educational materials for phlebotomy classes.
\. Conduct regular assessments of student progress and provide individualized support to help them grasp complex concepts and skills.
\. Prepare students for certification exams and careers in the field of phlebotomy by providing real-world training and practical experience.
\. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
\. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, medical technology, biology).
\. Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent certification required.
\. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in phlebotomy, including venipuncture and specimen handling.
\. Teaching or training experience is preferred but not required.
\. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
\. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
\. Familiarity with modern phlebotomy tools and equipment.
