About the Role

Galls LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our public safety professionals, ensuring they receive the best possible experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and friendly service to customers, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Replenish merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring adequate inventory and presentation.
  • Process sales, assist with uniform sizing, and help customers select the right products to meet their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with Branch Operations, Sales, and other Corporate teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Commit to our company's PROUD to Serve mission, policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience is desired, but we will train in all necessary processes.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Friendly, honest, and dependable individuals who love connecting with people and building relationships are ideal candidates.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills are essential for developing relationships quickly.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to operate Point of Sale systems are necessary.
  • Confident working with little to no supervision and ability to stand for extended periods are required.
