Position Summary:
We are actively seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our apartment community. This role is crucial in upholding the standards of our facilities and enhancing the living experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of all communal areas to ensure they are presentable for prospective residents, including the clubhouse, model units, and pathways.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of all available apartment units.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies and communicate needs to the management team.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned, within the scope of the role.
- Support office staff with special projects related to the exterior of the property.
- Assist residents with unique requirements as needed.
