Job SummaryFresh Coat Painters is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting exterior and interior areas for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare areas to be painted by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and masking adjacent surfaces.
- Maintain inventory of paint, brushes, and other painting supplies.
- Paint areas as instructed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager.
- Follow OSHA/MSDS guidelines when using hazardous chemicals.
- Thoroughly clean areas, supplies, and equipment when projects are completed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous painting experience required.
