We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Team Member to join our team at Target. As an ICQA Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our inventory, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Audit and resolve defects within assigned Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Research and document root cause for follow-up to address the issue moving forward
- Collaborate and communicate findings with ICQA Leader and other operational leaders
- Utilize lean approaches, six sigma tools, and 5S techniques to drive cleanliness and documentation of defects
- Correct inventory record inaccuracies and conduct follow-up audits
- 2 years prior work experience as a warehouse worker, operations technician, quality control technician, or similar warehouse operator
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-45 lbs. frequently throughout a shift and up to 60lbs. occasionally
- Ability to read, utilize matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
