Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Kick Back Host. As a Kick Back Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our guests and team members. This includes overseeing the 5:30 p.m. Kickback, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and lobby area, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the 5:30 p.m. Kickback for guests, including food preparation and clean-up.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and lobby area.
  • Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.
  • Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel, area, and events.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous and friendly service.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services.
  • Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
  • Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
  • Ability to speak and receive direction in English.
