Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate claims by gathering information from insureds, claimants, and witnesses
  • Recommend claim reserves based on investigation and provide well-supported reserve reports
  • Review applicable coverage forms and endorsements to ensure accurate claim processing
  • Maintain high-quality work through compliance with established best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property and liability insurance claims adjusting
  • Proficiency in estimating software, such as Xactimate
  • Strong time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate effectively with clients
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree in a related field
  • Professional designations, such as AIC or HAAG
