About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Radiant Enterprises. As the manager of our transshipment warehouse, you will be responsible for the control, organization, and further development of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the operational coordination of warehouse processes and resources, and guarantee a smooth daily operation.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Identify, define, and optimize work processes in the warehouse area to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the costs and budget of the handling department, considering time, quality, and cost requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety measures and company and legal regulations.
Requirements
  • You have successfully completed a vocational training in the logistics field and have 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership position in the warehouse area.
  • You have experience in coordinating and implementing IT-supported process optimizations in the warehouse.
  • You can motivate your team and involve them in the optimization process.
  • You are flexible and able to work in a 3-shift system.
  • You are reliable, show commitment, and have a communicative and assertive personality.
