About the Role

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week in our Jacksonville, FL office. You will lead a team of ~4 individuals to oversee our Pectus, Rib Trauma, and Cardiac segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cohesion between segment strategies and portfolio strategies.
  • Ensure execution of key strategies for the portfolio.
  • Ensure teamwork and cohesion of our global product strategy.
  • Ensure communication of the global strategy with cross-functional partners.
  • Manage a team of product managers.
Requirements
  • B.A./B.S. degree required, preferably including formal studies in business or engineering.
  • MBA preferred but not required.
  • Minimum nine (9) years of product management experience or sales experience required, preferably in healthcare.
  • Orthopedic experience is preferred.
  • Experience in both Sales and Commercial Marketing is preferred.
