About the Job:

We are looking for a talented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Inaba Foods USA Inc. as an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator.

This role involves processing, verifying and maintaining accurate records on incoming and outgoing orders and shipments. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, import/export, and distribution of goods.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and process non-EDI and EDI purchase orders.
  2. Oversee the distribution of sample orders for internal and external customers.
  3. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
  4. Invoice data entry to QuickBooks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, import/export, and distribution of goods environment.
  • Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model.
