About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the acute care medical surgical setting.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism within the department.
Responsibilities:
Patient Care* Assess, plan, and provide nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical surgical conditions.
* Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and reduce complications.
Patient Advocacy
* Advocate for patients' rights, dignity, and autonomy in all interactions.
Quality and Professionalism
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
* Demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring and coaching colleagues to improve their practice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Current NH RN license.
- BLS certification.
- One year of medical surgical nursing experience preferred.
