Position: Of Counsel Attorney

We are currently in search of an Of Counsel Attorney with over 10 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly those with a background in personal injury defense or plaintiff representation, as well as oil and gas law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a varied caseload in civil litigation
  • Deliver legal advice and representation in personal injury defense cases or oil and gas legal matters
  • Participate in court proceedings
  • Draft and review legal documents

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas
  • Minimum of 10 years in civil litigation
  • Preferred expertise in personal injury defense or plaintiff work, or oil and gas law
