  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve customer support and services.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support, providing coverage for critical issues and events.
  • Travel up to 50% of work schedule to support Providence St. Joseph sites.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in technical support, with at least one current certification in a technology-related field.
  • Experience using knowledge management tools.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Current certification in A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MCDBA.
