Senior Analyst, UKG Pro Workforce Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our information technology team, supporting the UKG Pro Workforce Management system.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Provide timely assistance to end-users of the UKG Pro WFM system, resolving application errors and documenting issues.
  • Project Leadership: Lead designated projects within the UKG Pro WFM environment, developing system strategies with management and stakeholders.
  • System Analysis and Design: Conduct business needs analyses, identifying and mitigating project risks, and supporting the implementation of application projects.
  • Reporting Support: Provide UKG Pro WFM reporting support to the Payroll, Nursing, Accounting, and Finance teams.
  • IT Project Planning: Participate in support skills improvement activities, including co-worker cross-training, attending training classes, and reviewing application-related documentation.
  • Security and Compliance: Work with IT Security to identify, implement, and maintain security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Change Management: Follow change management processes for all changes to production systems.
  • Task Prioritization and Progress Reporting: Prioritize and complete assigned tasks while reporting progress or escalating problems to management.
  • Trend Identification and Problem Resolution: Monitor, research, and address trends related to reported problems.
  • Complex Systems Project Management: Independently plan, coordinate, and monitor the development, evaluation, and implementation of complex information systems projects.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of Kronos/Dimensions/Pro WFM system support experience.
  • Healthcare Experience: Preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Interface Experience: Interface experience is a plus.
  • Boomi Experience: Boomi experience is a plus.
  • UKG Pro WFM Design, Configuration, and Testing: Design, configuration, and testing experience with UKG Pro WFM.

Requirements include a strong understanding of integration concepts, including interfaces and other data transfer or flow methodologies. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to stay engaged professionally and positively when working with user and vendor communities. Strong project management skills, technology aptitude, and learning ability are also essential. The ability to perform after-hours remote system support as a member of an on-call group is required. A high level of accountability, ability to work independently, and flexibility to lead multiple projects are also necessary. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Self-motivation and a willingness to learn are also essential.
