Job Title: Bridge Engineering Project Manager

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bridge Engineering Project Manager to lead our bridge design and development team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-discipline teams to deliver bridge projects, including plan and report production
  • Assist in the development of project proposals, scope, and schedules
  • Help to develop, monitor, and maintain engineering budgets
  • Serve as a quality assurance team review member and mentor for a team of bridge/structural engineers
  • Coordinate with sub-consultants and in-house technical staff to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis (M.S. a plus)
  • P.E. registration or ability to obtain one in the near future
  • 7+ years of relevant bridge design experience
  • Strong technical skills relevant to bridge/structural design and analysis
  • Experience in leading Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working experience with marketing, business development, project pursuits, and proposal preparation a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microstation and/or Civil 3D
