Physician Relations Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Relations Liaison to join our team at MedStar Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and offices within our service lines or geographic regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement relationship development strategies to generate new patient referrals and increase provider productivity.
- Conduct field work, meeting with physician offices and healthcare facilities to promote and grow MedStar Health services and support.
- Monitor local competition and changes in the marketplace, identifying new physician referral opportunities and developing a business growth plan to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, service line leadership, and other departments to promote educational events, including CMEs, and support the development of strong referral patterns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing referral process issues and administrative concerns with referring providers and their office staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of medical/healthcare or physician relations/liaison sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,428 - $124,467 and a dynamic work environment that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
