Physician Liaison Specialist

Helping Hands Family is seeking a skilled Physician Liaison to connect with healthcare professionals and build relationships that drive new client referrals for our ABA clinics.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital networks, and other referral sources through digital and in-person outreach.
- Collect and update contact information for referral sources in your region.
- Travel to various doctor's offices and events to build relationships and promote our services.
- Engage with families and parents through phone calls and follow up on client leads in our CRM.
- Represent Helping Hands Family at community and industry events to attract new referral sources and promote brand awareness.
- Track referral sources and conversions to measure the effectiveness of our outreach efforts.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or social work.
- 1+ year in the healthcare or mental health field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other field programs specific to our industry.
