Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Yard Coordinator to join our team at MacAllister Machinery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and maintenance of equipment in our yard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and organize equipment from check-in to rental/delivery stages
  • Conduct weekly inventory audits of machines and attachments
  • Assist with minor machine inspections and repairs
  • Maintain organization of equipment in the yard
  • Communicate with required departments regarding incoming and outgoing units
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Class B CDL (desired)
